Theres not much to like in this hotel. Things are just ok. This can at best be a 2 star hotel.

Outstanding hotel - our highest recommendation! Spotlessly clean room. Reception staff friendly and knowledgable with excellent language skills. Fabulous buffet breakfast and dinner - very good value. Cleaning staff cheerful and very keen to help. The location is very good - close to the Jett Bus Station for Petra! Apparently the Toledo is a family run hotel - Im sure the family must be very proud of it.

The hotel was professional and clean. We got a free upgrade to a suite, which was very nice and spacious. Great choices for breakfast and dinner. Hotel helped us find a driver to take us to the places of interest we wanted to see.

Toledo is a really nice hotel in Amman, it is a medium budget-level. The location is good, really close to King Abdullah Mosque. The design of the hotel and the room is really nice, nice style and really clean. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, a lot of different foods and a chef stand where you can ask eggs and pancakes.

Everything was great, the hotel is clean, the staff was awesome, breakfast was so so good, the location is incredible near the downtown and not too far from the airport. But the AC wasnt working well during the day time because it was so hot. Anyway our stay was excellent, Im highly recommended this hotel, my family & I will absolutely get back to this hotel.
